Compounding Executive [Chemical]

We are currently looking for a Compounding Executive for a leading player in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 30 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Assist the Manager in identifying improvements and implementing changes to reduce material waste, boosting efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the compounding process, ensuring adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Manage monthly planning, forecasting, and reporting on latex and compounding chemical stocks.
• Coordinate monthly procurement and maintain buffer stock based on production needs.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, segregation, and FIFO practices for chemicals.
• Supervise the correct preparation of chemical dispersions and latex compounds.
• Monitor chemical usage in production and collaborate with Production Block Executives to optimize without compromising quality.
• Work with Production Block Executives to achieve KPIs, improve yield, and maximize uptime.
• Provide guidance to subordinates on complex compounding issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMA, EQA, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the leaders.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in compounding.
• In-depth knowledge of latex/coagulant formulations, processes, and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and compounding practices.
• Practical experience with nitrile compounded products.
• Proficient in operating compounding machinery and relevant software.
• Strong understanding of QC and QA processes.
• Knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements.
• Well-versed in safety protocols and hazardous material management.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in data analysis and making necessary formulation adjustments.
